Regional Indicators sets Achievement Targets

The West Michigan Regional Indicators Initiative will conduct a stakeholder involvement process to evaluate the current suite of indicators and to set achievement targets for where West Michigan should be in each indicator by 2015.  These achievement targets will be included in the next publication of the West Michigan Vital Signs.  Click here to learn more and find out how you can participate.
West Michigan Internship Initiative to Offer Employer Internship Training

With summer being a prime time for companies to begin developing their fall internships, the West Michigan Internship Initiative will offer two separate Internship training sessions to aid area employers with the creation or enhancement of their organization’s internship program.  Employers can attend a training session on August 6, 2009 at 8:30-10:00 a.m. or 3:00-4:30 p.m.  Click here to learn more.

West Michigan’s Tool Shed for Green Infrastructure

For most of us there comes a time when our “tool box” or “tool kit” becomes too small to accommodate a growing inventory of tools.  When this occurs you might be thinking about getting a “Tool Shed” to store your tools.  Click here to read the entire story.

Join the many people and organizations from around West Michigan who are contributors to the work of regional collaboration by visiting our website wm-alliance.org or email info@wm-alliance.org

Note:  This project is funded in whole or in part by a WIRED grant from the U.S. Department of Labor - Employment Training Administration
